Kempinski Hotel and Apartments - Al Mouj (The Wave Muscat), Oman

A well renowned name in Hospitality Industry, boosting the Omani Tourism sector, Kempinski Hotel is a five star hotel constructed at a prime location of Beach front in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Having 309 Nos. of rooms for the Hotel and 77 Nos. of Hotel Apartments along with associated leisure and other facilities, in total having six buildings, the project was constructed by one of the leading International Construction Company – Carillion Alawi LLC. for Omani Hospitality Company. The Designers for this project are one of the renowned in the industry WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff - Middle East.

Al Nasr Group Of Companies, a well Known group Internationally for Marble, in association with One of Oman’s leading stone specialist Manazel Construction Co. LLC. took the lead to involve in supply and installation of Marble for the project. Al Nasr Group, the biggest quarry owners of many of the exquisite Marbles and the First and the biggest Marble Manufacturing Company with all latest production facilities, here in Oman supplied around 50,000.00 M2 cut to varying sizes Desert Mist (earlier known as Al Suwaiq) Marble for this project.
The overall process involved cutting to size as per the drawings, dry laying for approval and sealer application. The Marble was manufactured, honed and cut to size room wise for each type of rooms for total of 386 Room, for floor and walls of each Guest Rooms. Apart from Guest rooms, large sizes as big as 1800x900mm were prepared for Main lobby, pre-function area, corridors and various other locations.
